Rank Group Plc v HMRC; (Court of Appeal)
The Court of Appeal released its Decision in The Rank Group Plc v The Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs.
This case involves a detailed analysis of the legislation governing taxpayer claims for reimbursement of VAT, and the manner in which HMRC should be processing such claims.
